Jilly's Beetroot Relish

This is a delicious Beetroot Relish with a slight hint of Orange Zest.  It pairs well on a burger, with cheese, fish, chicken, feta, or on your loaded potatoes, to name but a small few, of the  ways this moreish condiment will complement many things. Delicious!
